Review: Stop beating up on the film. He does not deserve such poor treatment. It's not a bad film. Its part of sci-fi, part horror, with an emphasis on the former. Create Frankenstein humane. There's nothing wrong with that. The film is placed successfully in the present. He even has a name. Aaron Eckhart presents excellent performance as the first artificial humanoid created. He gives his character depth. The film is a rip-off of the original film. However, far-fetched story, but also interesting. The forces of good and evil are clearly defined and their battle for supremacy in the context of the story believable. The film asks the audience to take as a premise that metaphysical forces that are not easily identifiable. For some, it may be a little stretch, but remember: his film. The movie is interesting, well implemented, has good continuity and fast paced story. This film is worth watching. |
